Pulse Virginia was created to teach life-saving skills
with patience, kindness, real-life experience, and a deep love for
the Hampton Roads community.
The Beginning
I started teaching CPR for my employer and realized it was a skill
my children, my community, my church — everyone — needed to know.
CPR saves lives. My passion is teaching youth groups, day care
providers, small businesses, and new parents. I also do babysitting
courses, and community events.
Classes are held in Hampton, VA or I will come to your place of
business or community service. I cover the Hampton Roads area
currently and hope to expand in the near future
