• To guarantee a space in the class registration and payment is required prior to the class date.

• We do not offer walk-in service. By appointment only.

• Payment must be received 24 hours before class.

• Be on Time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in and get ready for class.

• We will work with you to reschedule if you call 24 hours prior to class. The first reschedule is at no charge, the second reschedule will incur a $15.00 fee. Course fees are nonrefundable.

• No Show. No Call. No Refund.

• Must be at least 11 years old to take classes.

• No Refund will be given for online courses.

• Replacement cards are available for a $15.00 fee.

• Hands over Hearts for Life reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather conditions. Please contact us to inquire about the status of your class.

• We do not offer refunds. If we determine at any time that a refund may be issued, a $5.00 fee will be charged for administrative time and credit card fee.

• Minimum of 3 required for any Instructor Course.
